渡邉　登志子

■資格：カリフォルニア州認定臨床心理学博士、薬剤師(日本)
　　　 アライアント国際大学講師
■経歴：日本で薬剤師を経て渡米。

コロラドで心理学の学士号取得。
その後カリフォルニア臨床心理学大学院(CSPP)ロサンゼルス校で臨床心理学博士号取得。

ロサンゼルス地域のメンタルヘルスクリニックの外来治療や、 青少年専門の閉鎖病院でSED (Seriously Emotionally Disturbed：重篤な情緒障害) デイ・トリートメントプログラム主任として 入院患者とその家族のケアや心理アセスメントの他、スタッフの指導等を行う。

帰国後、EAP (従業員支援) プログラム会社アメリカの大学日本校でのカウンセリングセンター勤務の後独立。

現在アライアント国際大学日本校で臨床心理学特論を担当して３年目です。

About Toshiko Watanabe, Psy.D.
Counseling Room Infinity is the private counseling room of Toshiko Watanabe, Psy.D.
Dr. Watanabe came back to Japan in 2002 after 14 years+ stay in the United States where she went to school and worked as a psychologist.
In the US, she worked as a head of Day treatment services of adolescent center and a clinician for outpatient clinic in Los Angeles.
She was graduated from California School of Professional Psychology, LA and holds a California Clinical Psychologist license.

Dr. Watanabe worked as a clinical director for a US EAP (employee assistance programs) company for two years and worked as a full time counselor at Temple University Japan before starting Counseling Room Infinity.

She is also a licensed pharmacist in Japan and she holds a part time job as a pharmacist occasionally in order to keep in touch with pharmacy field.

Dr. Watanabe has a strong commitment for improving her skills as a clinical psychologist.
She completed EMDR part I and II training and primary certificate practicum of REBT by Albert Ellis Institute in NY and Cognitive Therapy sponsored by Beck Institute.
She is also actively involved in International Mental Health Professionals Japan since 2002.
In that organization, she has been involved as a conference coordinator, taking care of membership registration as a vice president (in the past) and a membership secretary.
